1 Introduction & Definitions

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

e28bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 will attract a ৳5,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same IP address.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a round or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled.

• Placing bets on two opposing outcomes of the same event at the same time (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following terms apply to sports betting:

• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a match, the decision of the relevant gaming authority will be considered final.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, the wagered amount will be refunded or the result determined in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.3 Live Casino

The respective game provider's own rules also apply when participating in live dealer games. In the event of a dealer error or technical fault, the game provider's decision is final.

6 VIP Program

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e28bd platform and any such activity may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or the use of any form of illegal computer software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or attempting to steal information.
• Impersonating e28bd staff to deceive other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code into e28bd's systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

e28bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.

• Registration with false information.
• Failure to pass age verification.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before the account is closed, subject to applicable terms being met.

13 Changes to Terms
